Questions To Answer When Preparing Your Wedding Speech
So, you've been asked to present a wedding speech and you're at a loss of where to start. By answering the following questions, you'll have a good basis on which to start your speech. Once the questions are answered, you can pull together the information to compose your speech.
How long have the bride and groom known each other? How long have they been a couple?
How did they meet? Were you involved in any way with their meeting each other?
Do you know the story of how the groom proposed to the bride? Do you remember his reactions as he contemplated on how he would propose? Where did he propose?

Do either of them have any children (either together or from previous relationships)? What are their names and ages?
What are the bride and groom's mutual interests? What interests do they both have that the other has absolutely no interest in? Has this caused any funny situations in the past?
Can you remember a very funny event that happened to the groom with the bride there? How about a funny event that happened to the bride when the groom was present?
What good qualities does the groom bring to the marriage? How about the bride?
What good wishes would you like to impart to the bride and groom for the future?
